Description

The insulated pallet shipper or pallet box with sealing system produced by Temax is a high-quality insulated EPS packaging which is used to maintain the temperature of cool, fresh or frozen products during storage or transport. The assembled insulated EPS pallet box or pallet shipper is delivered completely flat so minimal storage is required. The EPS insulation can be easily assembled via assembly slots, which transform the insulation into a box shape. Next, the chilled, fresh or frozen products can be loaded and the lid is closed by a unique sealing system. If required, gel packs or dry ice can be added to create the desired temperature retention.

The unique self-assembling insulated EPS pallet box with sealing system is produced with unique thermal techniques and systems to avoid thermal bridges or cold bridges, as a result of which a long temperature retention can be guaranteed. In addition, the EPS box is uniquely insulated with a combination of insulation materials to provide maximum insulation quality.
