The self-assembling insulated EPS box or styrofoam box produced by Temax is a high-quality insulated EPS packaging which is applied to the inside of a box or carrier bag. The assembled insulated EPS box is delivered completely flat so minimal storage is required. The EPS insulation can be easily assembled via assembly slots which transform the insulation into a box shape. Next, the chilled, fresh or frozen products can be loaded and the lid is closed with double-sided tape. Finally, the EPS box is placed in an insulated and reflective carrier bag so that the whole thing can be carried easily and the carrier bag provides extra insulation, which in turn benefits temperature retention. If required, gel packs or dry ice can be added to create the desired temperature retention.
The unique self-assembling insulated EPS box is produced with unique thermal techniques and systems to avoid thermal bridges or cold bridges, so that a long temperature retention can be guaranteed. In addition, the EPS box is uniquely insulated with a combination of insulation materials to provide maximum insulation quality.
