The “Bitemp Mobibox thermocontainer” produced by Temax is a high quality insulated cover that is placed on the inside of a roll container and transforms the roll container, as it were, into a thermocontainer. The flexible cover or thermocontainer can easily be mounted in a roll container by means of a tensioning system, is a one-off operation and is equipped with folding doors through which goods can be loaded. The Mobibox thermocontainer can be used for cool fresh as well as frozen products.
The unique Bitemp Mobibox or the insulated cover is produced with unique thermal techniques and systems to avoid thermal bridges or cold bridges to guarantee a long temperature maintenance. In addition, the cover is uniquely insulated with a combination of insulation materials to provide maximum insulation quality. Reflective foils are also integrated into the insulated cover to minimize heating caused by heat radiation. To control the temperature inside the cover, the Mobibox is provided with storage compartments in which cooling elements, gel packs or even dry ice can be placed to guarantee the temperature of the cooled or frozen products for as long as possible.
The Temax Mobibox or insulated cover for roll containers is manufactured from high quality materials to generate a durable cooler bag that can guarantee a long life. The zippers are industrial making them not only long lasting but also easy to use. The zippers are mounted on Velcro strips making them easily replaceable should the zipper be broken. This prevents the cover from becoming unusable if the zipper is broken. To ensure maximum temperature protection, zippers are uniquely insulated to minimize thermal bridges or cold bridges. The roof and bottom contain plates to prevent the roll container from collapsing, so the cover is always nicely open, which simplifies loading.
