Produced by Krautz-Temax, the thermal inlay or insulating bag for boxes also known as BOX-in-BAG is used for shipping temperature sensitive products such as food, pharmaceuticals or chemicals and provides temperature protection against heat or cold. The insulation bag is available in different sizes and different insulation qualities according to your wishes or needs. The insulation bag can also be custom made. Please contact us for more information. The Temax insulation bag is intended for single use and is successful in use in sectors such as food, home delivery, pharmaceuticals and the like.

All Temax products are produced according to CE-certificate and are quality checked and certified according to DIN-EN 10204-3.1.

Secondary packaging
The insulation bag is a secondary packaging which means that products must always be pre-packaged in the insulation bag.

Recycling
The Temax insulation bag is made up of loose layers, not laminated, where the different insulation layers can easily be taken apart for recycling. Materials (loose from each other): LDPE and reflective foil.

Test 1 = producten +4°C met gelpacks gedurende 48 uur in (+35°C)
Test 2 = producten +22°C gedurende 23 uur in (-10°C)
Test 3 = producten -18°C met droogijs gedurende 24 uur in (+22°C)
Test 4 = producten -18°C met droogijs gedurende 43 uur in (+22°C)

Temax testlaboratorium
Temax beschikt over een eigen testlabo waar allerhande temperatuurtests kunnen uitgevoerd worden voor kleine verpakkingen zoals dozen tot grotere verpakkingen zoals volledige pallets.
